Smells Great but… I really like this product.. Its got that cooling tingly peppermint feel but I gave it a 4 out of 5 simply because I’m just not convinced it cleans very well on its own. I use my regular soap and then use this over it because the very few times I did use it by itself I just didn’t feel like it did a good enough job on its own. Otherwise I love the product It lathers semi well, smells great, the smell lasts on your body as people have commented about it to me. Will be purchasing this again.
Refreshing, effective, and pleasant. I am not a morning person so the strong scent of peppermint to start my day is a nice eye opener. It is strong enough to catch your attention but pleasant like peppermint candy. I use this with a nylon louffa. I find that is a good way to apply it as it does not lather much (a plus for me – I have dry skin and my house is on a septic system. All those extra surfactants to create a lather would damage my skin and aren’t great in a septic tank).
Just ok, not great I love Burt’s Bees so I thought I would give this body wash a try. I do love the Peppermint scent, it’s very exhilarating and wakes me up during my morning shower. The liquid itself is very thin and runny; it’s very easy to accidentally tip out too much onto a pouf or loofah. I find myself looking for something thicker & with more moisturizing properties.
