Changed their formula, loved the formula of the baby shampoo that I bought in June 2018 It seems that they changed their formula for their baby shampoo since my first purchase of it in June 2018. I made sure to buy the exact same kind, fragrance free, no tears formula. I even looked at the ingredients on the picture here on amazon to match them. The June 2018 version was a creamy, oat colored shampoo. What arrived today, has different ingredients list, and is a non creamy, clearish yellow soap. I am disappointed, b/c I thought I was ordering the same baby wash/shampoo.

Not as advertised I love Burt’s Bees products. It’s the only wash I want to use on my young children. I went to replace our Fragrance Free & Tear Free Baby Soap, and was very disappointed. It arrived and seemed as if the bottles had leaked everywhere–no big deal, I thought they had maybe gotten too cold in our Wisconsin winter as it waited outside until I got home from work. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT…let me explain. I LOVE Burt’s Bees Products, this is the only wash I’ve used for my daughter since she was born. We were running low so I decided to purchase off of Amazon for our next bottle because it was slightly cheaper than Walmart was selling it for.
