Regretting my decision to purchase This car seat has been nothing but trouble. The harness is uneven and after several calls with customer service to troubleshoot and a new harness, itâs still not even or safe for my child. His neck is constantly red from where one side rubs and the bottom straps are twisted and I canât get them undone. To top it off after a milk spill, I discovered the bottom pad isnât removable so itâs destined to smell like sour milk. Trying a different brand this time.

One of the best car seats ever made for your child. read before you buy it! First of all, these are great seats! We bought 3 of these for 2 of our cars and one of in-laws. They definitely give one the feeling of security. Our baby looks like a Nascar driver in these seats. If you are not picky about colors, you will get some of them with discounts. The seat is built to last and absorb for sure! It is super heavy with all that steel frame on it. Junk I have had issues from day one with this seat. It does not tighten smoothly which I have dealt with. However, today I discovered the styrofoam material under the head/back support has splitnin half. This is completely unsafe and I will need a new seat and have not even had this for a year. I should be refunded or sent a new seat! We have the same seat in my husnbands vehicle with no issues but the one for my car has issues. I don’t know if I have a lemon or what but this needs to be resolved.
