Absolutely Superior! Pricey- but worth every cent. We love this car seat. Debated back and forth on so many models and choices but in the end, chose the Britax B-Safe Elite. Very plush, nice fabrics and while it does hold our little guy snug, he doesn’t seem to mind. Just a heads up, the seat is HEAVY. EXTREMELY NARROW – WILL NOT FIT A BABY MORE THAN 15 POUNDS This is a huge disappointment. We love our Britax stroller and for the other 2 kids we had Peg Pereggo Seat that reached it’s age. I thought great, I’ll get this for our third kid so that it natively fits in the stroller. However, the other 1 star reviews are right. This thing is NARROW. THERE IS NO WAY A 35POUND BABY can actually fit in here. Ours is about 16 pounds now and we are having to buy a new seat. For reference he fits fine in the Peg Pereggo. Love it We had the older version of this seat and always felt like it needed some more cushion to it. Britax def stepped it up with this one. It may be a little snugger for a chunky babe, but I don’t feel like it’s too slim. Any car seat is going to be heavy and hot, so I fully expected that. He doesn’t over heat in it and I don’t mind the weight of it, just think about an arm work out without going to the gym!
