Great car seat if you don’t intend to use the LATCH system a lot Great car seat except for one major point. The seat material, straps, and auto-leveling bubble are an upgrade to the older Advocate we own. The ruggedness and safety are outstanding as to be expected from Britax. All that being said, I gave it 3 stars for the way they’ve integrated the LATCH system. You don’t have those long black buckles with the red release buttons permanently attached anymore. Useless Warranty for malfunctioning car seat. So disappointed! I have always loved Britax, we currently have 5 Britax car seats in our house, and I found out their warranty means nothing. Less than one year old and the strap locking mechanism only works sometimes. They had me “reset” the harness by pulling it in and out over the phone but won’t replace it unless I can get the problem on video. I can’t drive around just hoping it doesn’t happen again.
