The braces are comfortable to wear and work for my carpal tunnel The braces are comfortable to wear and work for my carpal tunnel. I wear while sleeping. They have a metal bar in them that I remove when washing and re-insert. The velcro tails are of adequate length to fit all sizes of hand/wrists. I have worn carpal tunnel braces since 1991 and have tried various brands. I really like the quality and longevity of the Bracoo brace. Easy to live with. I need a wrist brace on and off because of torn cartilage in my wrist. It never heals right and is easy to aggravate. I’ve worn a lot of wrist braces, and most get uncomfortable. I was looking for a brace that was more comfortable and less intrusive. This is it. It does not immobilize your wrist quite as much as a full brace, but is so much easier to live with and still does the job. The only concern is the bend in the internal rod at the palm makes it harder to grip a steering wheel.

Great brace for very active users. Using this along with an elbow wrap band to reduce wrist movement that inflames my tennis elbow. The small size and open design allows me to slide on leather work gloves and do things like drive ATVs, run chainsaws. split wood, and operate heavy equipment.
