WHY PEOPLE LOVE THIS MEDICAL SOCK:
1. One Size Fits Most: This universal sock fits men and women’s left or right feet, making it perfect for most adults and many children.
2. High Top: Wear this sock with almost any cam walking boot, regardless of your boots height.
3. Thick, Cushioned Knit Keeps Your Leg and Foot Dry: The overall superior knit quality of this sock creates a far more comfortable barrier for your skin, in comparison to most walker boot linings.
4. Non-Constricting Fit: Without feeling constrictive, the improved cross stretch fabric provides better compression to decrease the risk of friction and lessons the risk of your sock bunching.
5. Easily Washable Sock for Your Convenience: Unlike most walker boot socks and linings, you can wash this sock in your washing machine and dry on low heat for quick and easy cleaning.
HEIGHT- NOT AS PICTURED First of all, the picture of these socks in the ad is deceiving as they don’t go no where near as high as shown. In the picture it shows about 2″ below the knee and when I put these on there are about a good 8″ below the knee. Maybe if you have short legs these may work for you. Other than that they are really comfortable and I bought them to wear with the boot the foot doc gave me and they are not high enough to protect the skin from rubbing against the inside of boot.
An Absolute “Must Have”!!! Unstable Pilon Fracture…very serious, so traumatized leg/ankle after ORIF surgery. 14 stitches out one side, 6 other side, heel also involved. Suffered through so much discomfort for 1 mo. a good part from only hospital sock given to wear with brace boot and liner. I ordered this sock from Amazon and it feels like pure heaven! My boot getting sloppy concerned me greatly…pulling down on my heel as I used my knee scooter. This snugged it up nicely, but not too thick. I would highly suggest…
Fantastic sock! Just wish it wasn’t so expensive! The ONLY reason I’m giving this sock a 4 was the price – $10 for ONE sock is a lot. I bought 4 so that I wasn’t having to do laundry every other day. That said, this sock is fantastic! It did get a few snags over time from the velcro on my walker boot – but they are SUPER comfortable. I’m a female and wear a size 9 shoe, with somewhat large calves and it was so easy to pull over my broken ankle and came up to just under my knee. It wasn’t tight at all and stayed up just fine! It is not super…
