While under warranty it will be repaired or replaced if defective but may only be returned for credit if returned unused in the original packaging materials. Great! Yes, I’m overweight and old. Dynamite combination when you want cleanliness following defecation and can’t quite reach. This has been a godsend! It works equally well with paper toilet tissue and the premoistened sewer/septic system safe wipes. THANK YOU!
Works as Advertised I have short arms, some extra weight, and a back that gives me trouble. Combined, these problems made it difficult to keep myself 100% clean. Ugh! I was skeptical this would work as advertised, but it did look like the best engineering solution available, so I gave it a shot. I have to say it’s been totally worth it.
