Disappointed. I bought these with the for my 2 and 5 year olds, since they are shown together in the product descriptions. First, I did not realize that this only comes with one water wheel type gear, so my plan to split the gears between my two children won’t work. Even more disappointingly, these do not work well with the pipes. Most of the pipes do not let enough water through to power the water wheel, and…
Look fun! Not fun Look fun! Not fun. Don’t waste your money or time. Bought a couple of sets of these and the Boon pipes to use together with my 3 year old twins. They were amazed … Simply because there was water involved. I was stunned by the utter ridiculousness of these items. The gears barely spin at all. And this is NOT something that I expected from a Boon product. 2 thumbs down on this one for me, sadly.
So much fun! I know these are rated for a younger child but my 9 year old son loves gears and baths. He has had so much fun with these water gears! Keeps his ADHD mind occupied and focused on how to make the gears spin faster. Colors are pretty and suction onto tub is fantastic!! Would definitely buy again!
