LEAKS … customer service WORSE I was so excited about using this product and I immediately did as soon as ot arrived. It cleaned bt the floor did not shine but that was ok. The next day i see that the entire bottle of fluid had leaked.. I put some water in it and that leaked again. Now I cant use this product .The worst is the customer service.I tried multiple times and nobody comes on the call and so i was forced to write this review.
Works Great! I’d read about these for a while before I finally succumbed and bought one. I have hardwood from one end of my home to the other. Only the bathrooms and kitchen don’t have hardwood. That means I had to find a way to keep the floors clean without too much work. I think I’ve found it with the Bona Hardwood Floor Mop. Beats swiffer hands down. We have tile, hardwood and laminate throughout our new home. I’ve been using the swiffer wet pads to clean our floors. I’d easily use 8 to 10 pads every time I mopped. I hated the impact to the environment, not to mention the cost. I did some research and found the Bona mop to be highly rated. I just mopped my floors and they look fantastic! Didn’t realize the swiffer was leaving such a residue. Also it didn’t take as long due to the size of the mop.
