Use the travel case that is provided to rest your wrist. Please note when sitting down at a table, your wrist should be leveled with your heart.
Surprised, It actually works very well For this low price I was skeptical. The cuff is very accurate for me. My wife is a nurse and has checked for comparison over the last several days and the cuff is very close. The program actually shows you the angle to hold your arm before it will take your measurement. 5 stars all the way.
A Good Alternative to the Arm Cuff I already had the iHealth blood pressure monitor (BP3L) that comes with an arm cuff, but I like the ease of use of a wrist cuff and this loads right into my iHealth app the same way as the cuff and works well. It works back words from a normal blood pressure machine. This pumps up slowly and takes your measurements on the way up. To me, there is less dis-comfort with squeezing too hard. Also it is an economical purchase.
