Lifesaver!! Friend from Germany had this and a 4.7 inch ball and bragged on it pretty heavily. I had never used a back roller. I tried his and loved it. Had to get one. I use it every day, typically before bed. My back pops like crazy and I feel I’m able to lay flat when sleeping which wasn’t always the case. I also use it on the upper/lower and inner/outer areas of my legs. Super lightweight to boot. Packs easily.
