And I’m so glad I did This magical ball is a must-have for anyone with tension along the spine. My physical therapist advised me to get one. And I’m so glad I did! So much better to work with than one of the large foam rollers and having a duoball is so much easier and more convenient for your back and shoulders than a single ball.

Single ball is better for in home use its slightly larger but this … Single ball is better for in home use its slightly larger but this one turns out to be great for traveling in the car!
