The consumer can check the Product Reading Label (PRL) to identify correct model of charger. * If the unit has been in storage for more than a year, it may take longer to charge.

Good machine for the $$ Bought this in late July ’17 after trying one out. We have used it about twice a week in our RV, not an entire house. The battery will not hold a charge long enough to to vacuum a 7′ x 12′ room.We have followed the manufacturer’s instructions regarding charging draining and recharging procedures.
