Thank heaven for this! Really a blessing to find this My 83 yr. old husband was issued a cane from the V.A. several years ago after his first knee replacement. Standard candy cane shape, which is fine during physical therapy But after a second knee replacement, a complete shoulder replacement and open heart surgery, he was in need of something that he could take with him everywhere. Collapsible and Strong I bought this for my father in law who has a hard time getting around. This cane is extendable, so it fits him (6-foot) as well as my shorter mother in law (5ft 5in). They both really like that it has a pivoting base as well as the larger base. And the fact that there is a light in the handle. What’s even better is that it is collapsible without compromising on the strength and durability. I should have purchased one for each of them.
