Only use for serving cake. I purchased these for a birthday party, they are extremely flimsy. I was serving hamburgers, hotdogs and potato salad. They can not hold the weight of a 4 oz. burger. The plate starts to fold downward with just the weight of one burger-even with the plates doubled. I ended up having to use regular dishes and used these to serve cake. If you are looking for a chocolate colored plate, the plates are true to the color pictured.

Good buy! A little thin depending in how much food you plan on serving but still a great buy. Made ours into bear plates.
