Great Product! I’m going to keep this simple. I love it!! I am 6′,1″, and 200 lbs and I went with the large which when adjusted all the way out it fits perfectly. Allows my shoulders to be right where they are supposed to be, and the waist is just right. I highly recommend only wearing it 30 min to 1 hour at first, and work your way up as I went straight for half a work day on day one (4 hours), and had some back pain before bed. Five Stars I’ve been trying to work on helping my posture for the last year. I’ve been going to a chiropractor and he tells me that I need to work on keeping my shoulders back and not hunched. I came across this posture corrector and decided to give it a try. It helps a lot. You wear it for 20-30 min a,day for the first couple days to get used to it and I could really feel it! Absolutely works! Before purchase I debated for a very long time whether or not I should buy this because I wasnât sure if it would actually help. I sit at a desk all day and have extreme neck and shoulder pain by the end of the day. Itâs also hard to have good posture while sitting at a computer screen all day. Thankfully I bought this! Some weeks, I wear this every day. Other weeks when I need the extra support. But it definitely does relieve some of the neck pain improvements really bad headaches at the end…
