The difference between the newer model and older model by someone who has actually tested both, nothing to do with steering ! Perfect for a short grandmother I love this stroller. I’m only 5ft 2in & I read that the handle is too high for a short person, but I don’t know how short that reviewer is. The handle is U shape & the highest part of the handle is very comfortable for me [I have long legs for a short woman, but I don’t think that would make a difference].
