These MEDIUMS run very small. My grandmother was wearing these in size L and we were very content with them except for the size, which always seemed much larger than it needed to be. Good value, adequately ventilated. Consider supplimenting with Overnight Attends My mother, almost in her nighties has been completely bedbound for over 6 years. We have relied upon the standard depends for that whole time. The dollars, hours and miles saved by purchasing through Amazon has been incredible.
