My daughter wanted to be a Chinese princess and this is perfect. My daughter loves it! She is super thin so the arms fit fine. The waist I just wrap around and tuck it in. It has Velcro but it does not fit. Not really a problem though just makes it more authentic. It comes with the fan like hair comb in the picture. It is very comfortable and soft. We shall see how it holds up. It looks well made so I think it can go through my daughters parties. We shall see.

To begin with, the headpiece looks NOTHING like the picture and was already falling apart when I removed it from the package. The belt on the dress is sown loosely to the sides, allowing the rest of it to sag. This costume is going to need many alterations before my daughter wears it. Very poorly consturcted! I read the reviews before purchasing this costume, so I ordered a size larger like several other reviewers had recommended. My daughter normally wears slim sizes and I always have to have the adjustable waist because she is so tiny. The dress is beautiful but there is no way a human child can fit inside this costume. I am not a seamstress or tailor but I know I could have cut & sewn a pattern together better than this. There was no way to even put the dress on my daughter. It barely fit…
