Good for icing the neck and upper shoulders It is filled with gel that stays cold for at least an hour, much more than the 20 minutes of icing that is recommended. It is heavy enough to stay put and it’s flexibility ensures wrapping. The shape helps to ensure that it is high enough on your neck so you are truly icing your neck. Don’t Take My New Ice Pack!!! Love this thing! I need another one! I like how malleable it is. When I take it out of the freezer, I can situate it however I like. It’s not like a brick of ice that you have to wait for to mould it. I can roll it up and stuff it in my neck and lie on it.
