I like my hair feeling soft after conditioner and easy to detangle. This isn’t that product Not sure this is for 4a 4b hair. I only used their product to ensure I was being accurate with this review. Shampoo hair with their product, used conditioner and curl moisturizer and while hair had defined curl, it felt courser than usual and was not impressed with conditioner. Maybe it’s for 3a,b, c hair. Won’t be ordering again! Wish I could return
