Soft and cozy My husband and I were thrown for a loop when our second child took what seemed like f.o.r.e.v.e.r. to sleep through the night. I came across an article on tips for helping infants adapt to their cribs that mentioned ‘fuzzy’ fitted crib sheets. We were more than fully stocked on the classic crib sheets of the same American Baby Company brand, but I came to Amazon, found these and decided to order one. Sheds almost invisible fibers, even if it looks clean. Yikes!! I’m VERY disappointed in this sheet – I got the Celery color, and WOW is it shedding everywhere. It shed all over my laundry, through multiple washes. First, a fine coating of fibers. Then, they bunched together a little, then they formed tiny balls all over anything I washed it with. They aren’t coming off many things (like my kid’s fleece PJ’s) even through multiple washes and using a sticky lint roller.Finally, after 5+ washes, I thought the sheet might be clean enough to sleep on. Baby loves them These sheets are an important part of my baby’s bedtime! She uses the soft material to help self soothe, and she loves to rub her face on these. They fit the standard mattress well, but as baby is a side sleeper, we roll up blankets underneath the sheets to give her back support ( and something to snuggle into). These sheets have enough room to slip those extra rolls underneath while still fitting well. We have these for both the crib and pack n play
