Dry Mop great – Wet Mop not so good The 36″ frame is an awesome price and great for dry mopping/sweeping. However, once you get the mop head wet the base of the 36″ mop gets rather flimsy. You just can’t get a good scrub on the floor if you need it for wet mopping. We have the name brand that starts with an R and ends with maid in the 18″ (I know it’s much smaller, but its construction is more sturdy – visibly & physically) and there really is no comparison for the wet mopping. Sturdy and lightweight! This mop frame is sturdy and lightweight. We have not had any issues yet with when using as a dust mop. We have not tried the wet mopping yet, which can be a little more straining on the frame. However for the price we are happy with this frame purchase!
Fantastic deal! I don’t know why these were so inexpensive but they’re great. I got a six-pack of the 24-inch wide kits for about $30; the same price as one new one from some of the other brands. I only needed one but it was so cheap, I can throw the others away if I want and still come out ahead.
