Negative 10 stars! Do NOT order a gift card! Caveat emptor. Tried TWICE, same result What a nightmare! Gift card arrives, I peel off sticker to check balance, and find out my $200 gift card has a zero balance. Call customer service, three reps put me on terminal hold after finding out they have one very angry customer who doesn’t want to hear about “we’ll escalate this to our gift card team”. It’s very embarrassing to give a gift that is ends up being totally useless. I guess I am now starting the process … I gave this gift card as a birthday present. The recipient just contacted me because the card has a 0 balance. I checked my bank account and they most definitely processed my purchase and charged me 50 dollars but gave me an empty gift card. It’s very embarrassing to give a gift that is ends up being totally useless. I guess I am now starting the process to see if I can get this fixed.
Horrible: Horrible. Ordered 5 gift boxes in different denominations, The amount of the gift card was not printed on the cards. Had no idea the amount of the card. In order to find the value, I had to download an amazon app, or visit amazon and peel off the claim code sticker. Who every made the decision to save Amazon money should be fired. I am returning these cards, let Amazon worry about it.
