For small wrists, comfortable I am an average woman (5â4 ½â) with small to average bones. My wrist is 6 ¼â and this brace fits well. That said, I would think this would not fit folks whose wrist was much larger. Maybe 6 ¾â at most. I guess it will stretch, but Iâm not sure how much. Improved my recovery -I like how comfortable is feels and how is stabilizes my wrist and hand I recently pulled my arm and hurt my hand while moving some heavy items. It hurt to grab things, carry heavier items or lift my arm. I had to put something on it to prevent me from overusing my hand and giving it a break. Supportive wrist device. I frequently do work which requires a great deal of action from my wrists as a result my wrists get tired, achy, and sore. I sometimes pop on a wrist splint to provide a bit of support and relief. This is a well constructed and easy to apply wrist splint for the right hand. It was easy to fit it to my rather small wrist and it feels supportive. I feel this could withstand quite a bit of wear and still hold up nicely.
