I have avoided Always pads in the past as I never liked the mesh plastic top material used on their menstrual pads. I was pleasantly surprised that these pads have a different top material (soft non-mesh). They are large, thin, and absorbent. These pads are great!! I have come to that point in … These pads are great!! I have come to that point in life where I need some extra protection from bladder leakage when I sneeze. These do the trick well. I can wear them with confidence knowing that they can handle at least 3 – 4 sneezes of bladder leakage from a full bladder while I’m out before I need to change.
