Disappointed long time user I hope the manufacturer will respond to this as they have with other reviews. I’m a long time user of this product and loved that it had a nice, fresh lavender scent. But they must have changed the formula because the scent of my most recent purchase is truly awful. It just smells like every other cheap, grocery store air freshener now. Air Wick….please go back to the scent I have loved for years! Or at least rename this new product…there is nothing lavender about it.
No longer a floral lavender smell I’m somewhat relieved to read that my sense of smell hasn’t gone haywire. My husband & I have lived with and loved the AirWick Essential Oil products for many many years, throughout two houses. And I’ve always loved the Lavender scent. But in the past several months, the Lavender has become a real abrasive potent fragrance that doesn’t resemble lavender. I very much appreciate having the fragrance being strong enough that we can turn the applicator down for light fragrance, and up for more…
SCENT HAS CHANGED- Unpleasant Smell THE SCENT HAS CHANGED, and it is honestly repugnant. This used to be my absolute favorite scent. I would regularly get compliments and exclamations from guests when they stepped into the house. At first I thought my package had spoiled or expired; but when the second order smelled the same, I looked at the reviews. I was so sad to see that others had the same experience. Airwick, please change the scent back to the original recipe!
