The product is great but we never hear about the GREAT customer service depts., only the bad ones….. This is the 1st dispenser I’ve ever purchased and brother, was I upset when it didn’t work. I looked it up online. I did all the suggested trouble-shooting. It would almost work every time. The nozzle would move around but no fragrance would be dispensed. A little while later I received an email asking me if I was enjoying the product I purchased and I was ready to unload…..I took a deep breath and led with my Christian side. The immediate response I received was….they had already…
It’s too bad.. It worked for a few weeks, and then started making this loud creaking sound when the spray was depressed – and this was the second one it happened with as well. This stone colored one was a replacement for an older one that started having the same problem.
I really like this. It keeps my house smelling great at … I really like this. It keeps my house smelling great at all times. I like that you can set up a timer to dispense every 5, 10 or 15m a dash of the freshener.
