Easy to use They’re very easy to use and do a great job of locking our cabinets for our one-year-old.They’re pretty durable and feel like they’ll last a long time. The plastic doesn’t feel cheap or brittle.Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them.
easy to use, but break somewhat quickly These arrived quickly and are easy to use, however, on one of my higher use cabinets, the clasp piece (not the U-shaped piece) has cracked twice and we are now on our third clasp for that cabinet. Luckily we had extras. Otherwise, when the clasp is intact, this functions well and keeps our toddler out of the cabinets.
An earthquake “resistance” measure A simple device – I have attached it to all my above-desk cabinets for some earthquake “resistance”. These plastic things would probably pull apart if more than 15-20 pounds of pressure was applied directly, but the force of two doors being held closed will be much less than that.
