Excellent aid for Parkinson’s Patient These are fabulous! My mother has Parkinson’s Disease and has a lot of difficulty holding utensils and bringing them to her mouth. I gave her these for Christmas and she said they helped her a lot. At the facility where she lives they use handles that attach to normal utensils but they are not very sturdy and are loose fitting. Easy to use and reliable We recently bought adaptive eating utensils for my 90 year old grandmother. She is recovering from a massive right cerebral stroke. Recovery is a slow and difficult process for anyone let alone a 90 yr old. She is determined and wanted to feed herself. These utensils are the beginning of her independence.
