Helps with nailbiting. If you find yourself subconsciously “grooming your nails” with your teeth, these help. I only wear them in the office (they’re pretty obvious on your fingers, so if you have lots of traffic passing your desk/office, you’ll likely get lots of questions), and they’re slightly small for my fingers, so I end up having to roll them up & down occasionally to keep the blood circulating. It’s really normal and small sizes to me! Works great. I was causing damage while I was asleep that was slowing down the healing process. This brace prevented that from happening and is comfortable enough to wear at night. It is also somewhat flexible so with that and the Velcro strap you can vary how much pressure it puts on your finger.My one note would be that the large splint was just big enough to isolate my middle finger. Amazing!! Amazing!! Broke my finger tip and the dr gave me a frog splint and I was having to use tape and tape it to my other finger and it would move or fall off but this finger splint is comfortable and supportive and it protect your finger way more especially the top portion. Love the protective top part especially with a very sensitive finger tip and black/blue nail. Also arrived super quick which was a plus.
