Simple to use! Just follow these 4 steps :
1. Ensure that your pump is clean and sterilized.
2. Position the pump onto your nipple and squeeze the base of the pump.

Tips:
When pressed by hand as much as possible the use of the product in the lower part of the bottle, don’t press the upper portion of the bottle easy to deform.
