Great for everyday use Nice silicone sponges. Very soft and dry quickly. I like the fact that these donât get germy and bacteria laden like standard sponges. These are great for lightly soiled dishes but I still needed something tougher for baked on food and grease. Iâm using them on my glassware and plates and havenât noticed any scratches either.
So soft, yet effective I had no idea silicone sponges could be so great!I’ve seen the material used in those new style pot holders, but using it in a sponge never occured to me.It is awesome, soft, easy on the hands and very good at getting food off of pots and pans, without hurting them.Totally worth it!
but I like that it lathers and cleans off quickly without using … It takes a little getting use to, but I like that it lathers and cleans off quickly without using a lot of water. It also removes food easily as long as you soak them well enough. Probably the best use is to get the food off with the silicone sponge then scrub the dried spots off with a traditional sponge or scrubber. This lessens the amount of food that sticks to your traditional cleaning items – hopefully preserving them and spreading less bacteria.
