Ideal for the toddler with chunky thighs and bottom This is mostly a review in terms of fit– I keep seeing all these reviews about these running large, and that is probably true if your child is slim to average. Great for intended purpose. I bought these training pants in a size 2T for my 2 year old daughter. She is about 35″ and around 28 lbs., and they fit her just fine. These are cotton training pants with a thicker middle cotton panel. They are not waterproof and they do not absorb like pull-ups, but they’re not meant to. Amazing for potty training these are great. I am using these for potty training with my almost 2 year old. I put plastic covers over these and it is helping immensely. Before with just pull ups she didn’t even tell me when she had to potty and we were wasting our time. Since using these within one day, she is telling me when she has to go (we don’t make it yet to the potty) but at least she is telling me.
