Whoever packed these wheels didn’t know what they were doing … Whoever packed these wheels didn’t know what they were doing! Both wheels were for ONE side of the walker only. There was no information inside the box or return label, or paper work that usually comes with an order. We were totally frustrated! However, my genius son took the time and effort to drill holes and make the unusable wheel insert fit the second wheel. That’s the only reason you are not hearing from me to return this item.
