Productivity Increases and Things Get Done If your get up and go got up and went with mine– THIS BROUGHT MINE BACK!!. I’m happy with these I’ve been using this product for some time now.as a sleep aid. I take 2 of these maybe 2 hours before bed along with 2 ibuprofen (I was taking 4 ibuprofen previously before bed for aches and pains). I sleep really well when I take them and don’t wake up groggy at all. These are really gentle and my sleep is deep and pleasantly dream filled.
Relief! Ahhh! I depend on this for pain relief. I have taken this since 1998.
