KT is great for a multitude of injuries. AWESOME!! I love this tape. I use it lots in my office. I highly recommend it!! A few tips, cut rounded edges to keep it from peeling up as easy and be sure to wash all oil off the skin before applying and better yet, wipe with an alcohol swab before application. I use it the most in my office for lymphatic drainage and plantar fasciitis, but personally after having a 1,200 pound horse jump on my leg, it was amazing how my leg was every color under the sun except where the tape was. Better adhesion and more active response than the plain “Gold” brand. This stuff is much stickier and better adhering than the other lines of Kinesio tape that come in the smaller package. (My PT advised me that the “PF” on the package was indicative of a higher quality product.)One caveat: You don’t need to stretch this stuff as tight as the other product line. You get the same effect with less tension. For me, stretching it too tightly causes a bit too much stress on my skin and reduces the length of time the tape remains comfortable to wear.

Best Brand of Kinesio Tape I have tried almost every Brand of kinesiology tape and this brand is by FAR the best. Sticks better, does not itch or irritate skin, stays on better and is also easier on the skin when removed.
