No Protection Needed I might not need any protection from candle drips. I burned one and was pleased that it didn’t drip any wax into the little foil collar I had around the base; where the candle goes into the Menorah. I only burned a little over half of the 4 inch candle, which lasted roughly 20 minutes. Another nice feature, is that when I blew the candle out, there wasn’t the usual hot wax and smoke smell. As you would get from standard candle wax. These candles will function very nice for my purpose. And…
Did the job I just wanted candles that were all the same color, and these were fine. They require some work to shape each one to fit in a standard candle size hole, and they don’t burn very long. I don’t know that I’ll go with the same ones again, but they were fine.
It’s pretty much the best thing ever These no-mess candles burn away almost completely and don’t drip all over my menorah, so clean up is a snap. I just use a toothpick to pop the tiny bit of wick and wax out of the holder, and I’m done. It’s pretty much the best thing ever.It’s a rolled sheet of beeswax, so it’s super simple to mold these to fit in any menorah, so they’ve become the only candle I buy for Hanukkah.
