Comfortable and Reduces Pain My husband has long suffered from Plantar Fasciitis. When I got this night splint for him, he was a little skeptical. Mainly he worried that it would be uncomfortable to sleep in and would get sweaty. He’s worn it all week and his concerns were unfounded. It helped from the very first night. He says that using the band for a few stretching exercises, and then using the massage ball, before using the splint had the best results! He’s tried a tennis ball in the past, but it was too hard on…
Thankful to wake up pain free This helps SO MUCH with plantar fasciitis!! Waking up pain free is a great feeling. The cons are minimal: if you’re a stomach sleeper, you’ll have to shift position just a little to make it more comfortable. And it’s a little tricky to learn to put on at first but of course that’s not uncommon when it comes to something new to me.Overall the pros WAY outweigh the cons and the cons will diminish as the learning curve diminishes.
Works great! I have plantar fasciitis really bad and it was becoming so hard to be on my feet for long periods of time while at work! I bought this and when I saw it I was nervous it was going to be uncomfortable and I wouldnât be able to sleep with it on, I was wrong!! So easy and comfortable to wear, I donât even notice it when sleeping. This has helped tremendously with being on my feet for long hours! Pretty much pain free! Get this if youâre hurting!
