It has helped in pain relief that nothing else has. I like the pain relief and the support is pretty good. I would like to have the support longer in the vertical direction, but it does a good job as is. The straps do pinch a bit. If more foam were used at the front of the straps it would help. However the straps are not a deal breaker. Overall a very good product.

I have only used for two day. I wore the item all day today and seems to help..I wore it onto top of my shirt and under my shirt, both ways worked.The product is made very well.

Really supportive for spine My back is jacked with osteoporosis, ruptured and bulging discs. Must say I Love this longer brace much more than a standard lumbar brace and I can truly feel the difference with more coverage which helps the distance of pain. Not really a fan of the shoulder straightening straps as they will rub if pulled too tight… Just loosen them up a tad. I STILL rate this all 5 stars due to support, pain relief and stellar craftsmanship. Ordered one in a larger size for my husband which he wears while…
