It’s a toy. If we hadn’t thrown the box away; I’d return it. The claims about suction and battery life may be true, and it is lightweight — the plastic is so thin, I can’t believe it will be durable. But my main complaint is the nozzle: It’s about 1.5 inches by 1 inch, so it picks up very little, and you have to point it just so to even get that. I hate it!
Easy to use, easy to empty, easy to charge, easy easy easy This product is rated as “Recommended” by Consumer Reports. The price is right, the product works very well with good suction. A charge lasts about 15-20 minutes on regular power, if operating at high power, not as long. The nozzle can be pulled out to extend an addition 9-10 inches, very handy for under the refrigerator and other large objects which do not get moved. For quick clean ups, for crevices, for dog hair, for messes, this little vac is a gem.
Do Not Buy This Vacuum I replaced a 5 year old handheld black and decker that finally kicked the bucket after 5 loyal years of service. Thought I was upgrading when I moved over to this model as it claims to have more suction power. This is, hands down, the worst vaccum cleaner I’ve ever used. It lost suction after about a week and now things fall back out through the neck as I’m vacuuming! Seriously, you can get something for 20 fewer dollars at 20 times the value. Be Warned!
