STURDY PRODUCT FOR STANDING ASSIST Very sturdy and easy to assemble. I purchased this for my elderly dad who has difficulty standing up from his recliner. It works fine in the chair and the first few times he stood right up without extra assistance. By the second day, he quit using the handles saying they were too high. Itâs at the lowest setting so I think it will take him some getting used to. Overall, itâs a great product. Iâm sure it would perform better on a sofa or stationary chair.
Not useful. Directions say not to apply full body weight. So how is it to help someone get up out of a chair? Too big for standard T-cushion chair. Not sturdy.
