Proceed with caution The seam broke after about three weeks of use and squirted its contents all over my chair. I threw it away when I probably should’ve kept it and returned it, but it was such a sloppy mess, I ditched it. So now I have no ice pack and a ruined chair. I have another one that I purchased locally at a rip off medical supply story (they charged me $52!), and it’s model “S13.” It has held up for months–however, I purchased another S13 from the same rip-off store and THAT one busted in two…
Don’t buy! Seams break easily, oozing gray mush that stains! Avoid Chattanooga gel packs at all costs. The seams broke everywhere after a few uses, oozing a disgusting gray mush that permanently stained my towels. Forget their so-called one-year warranty. They don’t stand by their promise listed in their Amazon page. While I was once a loyal customer, Chattanoohga has lost my business for life.
