Very small burps after feeding â¤ï¸ We have older style Dr. Browns bottles (narrow nipple) and I was happy to try out this new style with nipple more similar to breast. Excellent! I like Dr. Brown products which is ideal for breast and bottle fed babies as well as for babies who have only been bottle fed. The nipples on these bottles are created to resemble the human breast, so the baby gets the sensation of natural nursing. Reduces burping and gastric air.
