Sock Aid design and contruction issues This product seemed to be great at first. io actually loved it. Then the issues began, i.e., the foam grip came off the rope – then the knotted end of the rope kept slipping through the hole and came off and had to keep re-knotting the end off the rope which became shorter abd shorter.then when i was trying to slide a sock over the plastic..it cracked right down the middle halfway. Loved it at first…but not durable or constructed to last.

Obviously the hole in the plastic…
LOVE IT!! I bought this for my Step-Mom who had knee surgery. At 80+ years old, I was worried about how she would manage thigh-high compression stockings by herself after I returned home. She LOVES the Sock Aid! She told her therapist “Socks are a piece of cake with my new tool!” The therapist was thrilled as this is the #1 complaint with after surgery care.
