Didnât work for me These are just lifts for inside the heel of the shoe. No arch support. Makes walking in flats, nearly impossible for any distance because they shift inside the shoe. Would need to glue them down. Does not work as I had hoped.
Flat feet help I use these in all of my shoes. I have flat feet and hate when shoes look like you walk only on the inner part of the shoe. These inserts are comfortable and pad the arch to balance the foot. Feel great, even when running!
Best Insoles for Plantar Fasciitis. I have plantar fasciitis and I have very high arches. I put these in my running shoes and they help so much. I now have three pairs and I have them in my recreational shoes, work shoes, running shoes… My doctor said these are the same as the $70 inserts they sell at his office. I have been wearing them for years. If you have heal or arch pain, give these a try. My feet notice if I go without them.
