My hands love this mitt This mitt works very well, however don’t expect more than about 10 minutes of useable heat as it seems to cool down relatively fast, but that is probably just enough anyway.I put it in our 1,100-watt microwave for 2 minutes, shake it a bit to distribute the beads, then carefully put my hand in watching for hotspots, sometimes waiting up to a minute for it to cool down a little. Then I get about 10 minutes of useable warmth. Directions say to then wait at least two hours before…

OMG. What a relief EXCELLENT. Purchased due to awful arthritic pain in my hand and fingers and this heated mitt is a God sent. Put in microwave for 60 seconds and it helps so much. This is also big enough that it fits small to really large hands. You get one mitt, so if you want to do both hands you need to purchase 2. This product is well worth the price. It is an excellent quality product. 10 star product!!!

Great warmer with moisture. Really niiice. I use this for finger joint aches. It is actually moist when you put your hand in. Instructions tell you to wait a couple hours before reheating. The third time you heat it, the moisture is way less. The heat lasts for 5-10 minutes, so I usually give it a second or third microwave zap. Don’t go over 1.5 minutes in 1100watt microwave or it will get way too hot. I wish they made one for feet.
