Good product but a bit pricey. I have found that Instaflex Advanced has helped with my knees. It certainly isnât a cure all so expectations have to reasonable. It probably took two or three weeks of taking them before there was a difference. But I have been on them for a year or so now and if I ever start to doubt how much they help, I just need to quit taking them. Takes about a week and I can start to tell that my knees hurt worse again. I have conducted this test twice now. Lol!
It really works! I started using Instaflex a few years ago when I was facing a shoulder replacement. I had been getting cortisone shots in my shoulder every three months and it was not helping. I discovered Instaflex and started taking it. Now my shoulder is fine and no surgery was required. My wife started taking it and she says it is helping her shoulder problem as well. I highly recommend this product.
