Broken wood UPDATE:My initial post gave this 5 stars, but in light of what just happened, I have to change it and update my post. After two years, the crib broke. The side rail along the top literally cracked when I was putting my daughter to bed, with the splintered pieces snagging on my clothes. Beautiful crib The crib arrived in perfect condition. It was easy to put together. It took me less than 15 minutes and Iâm 7 months pregnant. We ordered it in ebony. The screws looked rusty which doesnât matter to us because the crib is black but might matter in a lighter paint color. We wonât be using the wheels.
